All published articles are made immediately and permanently available online without subscription or access barriers, in order to support the widest possible international visibility and exchange of scholarly research.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Full-text access to all articles is provided through the official website of the journal in the Archive section.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Readers and users are permitted to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of articles;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>use content for research, educational, and other lawful academic purposes;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>without requesting prior permission from the publisher or the authors, provided that proper citation of the original source and authorship is included.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Publication Fee Policy<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In order to support the technical and administrative costs associated with the editorial process and open access publication, the journal applies a <strong>moderate editorial processing fee of 40 EUR per accepted article<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This fee contributes to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>editorial administration and manuscript handling;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>technical editing and formatting;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>online hosting and digital publication;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>long-term archiving and accessibility of published content;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>maintenance and development of the journal\u2019s digital infrastructure.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Key principles governing the publication fee:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The journal does <strong>not charge submission fees<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The editorial processing fee is requested <strong>only after the manuscript has successfully passed peer review and has been formally accepted for publication<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Payment of the fee does <strong>not guarantee publication<\/strong> and has <strong>no influence<\/strong> on editorial decisions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All editorial decisions are based solely on scientific quality, originality, methodological rigor, and relevance to the journal\u2019s scope.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Authors are informed about payment procedures only after acceptance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The publication fee applies per article, regardless of the number of authors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Editorial Independence and Ethical Standards<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The journal maintains full editorial independence. Financial considerations are strictly separated from editorial evaluation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Peer review is conducted according to established academic standards, ensuring fairness, confidentiality, and objectivity.
